| Artwork Open Call March Theme Show: Lone Star State of Mind This is a multi-artist juried theme show open to all artists... Each artist must be present and involved during each step of our multi-step showing process personally. From submitting artwork to artwork pick-up, if an artist is unavailable or unwilling to participate in each step personally, we are unable to accept and show their artwork. - No Exceptions Theme: Artwork depicting Texas - past, present, and future. Parameters: Subject matter can be anything from landscapes and cityscapes, to historic or iconic images. Restrictions: Original artwork only... No Reproductions.. No restrictions on medium. Finished outside dimensions not to exceed 40" wide or 60" High. All artwork must be submitted ready for installation per gallery rules. Any artwork not meeting our rules will not be installed in show. Rules - http://oxidegallery.com/artistsConditionAndHanging.html Number of Entries allowed: 3 pieces artwork per artist. Submission Dates: Friday, February 19th and Saturday, February 20th Submissions can be delivered to OXIDE Gallery any day during normal gallery hours Fri 9a - 5p and Sat 9a - 1p. This has to be done by the artist themselves NO EXCEPTIONS. Early submissions may be accepted, but no submissions accepted after close of business on Saturday, February 20th. Each artist will need to fill out a Schedule A form and Artist's Contact form and drop off their submissions. The jury will review all entries and make their selections. Artists will be contacted Monday with the juries decisions and required to come back in no later than Saturday, February 26th and sign contracts and/or pick up unselected artwork.
