The artist is responsible for presenting the gallery with only the best
quality when it comes to their artwork.
  • We require all artwork to come in clean and undamaged.
  • Frames are to be unscratched, without tape/tape residue, peeling,
flaking or otherwise requiring cleaning or replacement.
  • If covered by glass, it needs to be clean, clear, and unscratched.

All paintings, photography, and other artwork that needs to be hung must
come in ready to be hung with wire hanging system, unless previously
approved by the gallery.
  • The premade frames with saw tooth hanger, triangle or other loop,
or any other system for hanging other than wire are not up to gallery
standards and impair the installation process.

Wire hanging system must be adjusted correctly and in good shape.
  • Any artwork brought in with the wire hanging system too loose for
proper hanging, worn, broken, or otherwise in need of
correction/repair before being hung, will not be installed when we
go to hang the upcoming show.
  • Wires should never come within 2" of the top of the frame or
artwork.  Wires stretch over time.  Be sure to adjust the wires if the
become stretched out and get too close to the top of the frame.

We do not have time to inspect each piece of art as it comes in to verify it
meets all gallery requirements.  When we go to hang the upcoming show,
any artwork that does not meet these requirements will not be installed
and the artist will be notified after the show opens to pick up those pieces
of their art.  If we have to exclude your artwork from an upcoming show
more than twice after it has been accepted due to incorrect or non-
existing hanging methods, your invitation to show in the gallery will be
revoked.
