I was blessed to have been exposed to art throughout my life. I grew up
surrounded by Architects, Draftsman, and Craftsman; aunt and uncles
that encourage any little spark of my imagination. My godmother
introduced me to photography at an early age; but it was not until
college when I had my first darkroom experience that I truly fell in love
with it.
I was mesmerized by the sheer magic of it all. First seeing the subject I
wanted to capture, and visualizing what the picture would look like; but
the best part is seeing the end result materializing as if by magic right
before your eyes. I love the ability to freeze time, to record a special
moment; a small piece of history and share a different perspective of
everyday subjects.
